What Is It?

This HTML-Kit plugin will instantly move your cursor from it’s current position to the very top of the document with a single click. This plugin was created for use in Click to visit this external linkHTML-Kit 292 (not “Tools”).

This plugin is a single action, single-click button and requires/offers no additional options.

Why use this?

This plugin provides a quick way to jump back to the top of the document from any position. The new cursor position is character 0, line 1. There is an alternative non-plugin way of using Click to visit this external linkeditor bookmarks, setting a mark at line 1 and pressing the F2 key to jump to the top. The problem is that you have to remember to set that bookmark first, and you may want to save bookmarks for more important sections of code. There are other built-in options as well (Go to Top of Screen, Go to !DOCTYPE Tag, Go to HTML Start Tag) but all of these are either limited to certain file types or simply do not reach the very top of the document.
